Booking conditions
The reservation is valid when:
- a) The Client reserves and pays as a deposit up to 50% of the amount by bank transfer to the bank account indicated on the site.
- b) The hotel will contact the customer by phone within 24 hours after receiving the payment to inform him that he has successfully booked the desired room for the selected period and it is reserved for him.
- c) The payment is in Bulgarian leva or euro.
Cancellation:
Within 48 hours of receiving and confirming the deposit from the accommodation, the client has the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of the deposit.
In all other cases, the client loses the full value of the deposit.
In case of duplicate rooms due to the fault of the hotel, the same must provide the client with another room in the Guest House “Brezata” or in another hotel.
Check-in – after 14:00, check-out no later than 12:00. on the day of departure. For rest after an overnight stay from 12:00. until 17:00 the guest should pay 50% of the value for the overnight. Release after 17:00 is charged as an overnight stay. A minimum of 2 nights must be booked for the weekend.
Payment – on the spot at check-in.
Damages caused to the hotelier’s property by the guests are paid by them on the spot in the hotel.
The hotel is not responsible for documents and valuables that are not properly stored by their owners.
Confidentiality of personal data
The personal data received during the registration will be used solely for the purpose of servicing the Guests, including acceptance and execution of the requests for reservation and contact with the Users for sending a form for payment of the order. The data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users can obtain information about their personal data on weekdays by phone: 0889 528 420. The site stores the following personal data: Name, telephone and e-mail of the client. This data can be deleted at any time at upon the request from the User. Rules for using the Pool
It is mandatory to use a bathing suit, beach slippers and swimming hats, as well as the use of a shower before entering the pool (use shower by the pool). Persons who do not comply with these conditions will not be allowed in the pool.
Personal belongings are kept by their owners.
In the event of an accident, look for the life guard.
To make the use of the pool pleasant, noisy jumping and shouting are not desirable.
Instructions for use of sauna and jacuzzi
It is absolutely forbidden to use the sauna and jacuzzi by children up to 10 years old.
The use of the sauna by persons with chronic heart disease and high blood pressure is prohibited.
It is forbidden to use the sauna and jacuzzi after a hearty meal, as well as on an empty stomach.
It is forbidden to use the sauna and jacuzzi after drinking alcohol.
Prolonged stay in the sauna is prohibited. We recommend use for not more than 10 – 12 minutes at a temperature of 80 ° – 100 ° C.
It is forbidden to use the sauna in case of temperature conditions, malignant and infectious diseases.
The sauna is started by the hotel management upon request at least 30 minutes before use.
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by the owner of the site, and all changes and additions take effect upon their publication on the website.
Applicable law is Bulgarian. Disputes that arise are resolved through negotiations and mutual concessions, and when this proves impossible, the dispute is referred to the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in accordance with its Rules for cases based on arbitration agreements.
